Position Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized
Partnerships Associate to support our partnership team in driving strategic relationships for our portfolio companies. This role is central to sourcing, managing, and initiating partnership opportunities, including strategic B2B alliances, distribution partnerships, affiliate relationships, and influencer collaborations.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential prospects, create target lists, manage outreach campaigns, and oversee the early stages of negotiations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about partnerships, with a keen interest in digital media and growth marketing.
What You’ll Do
Lead content creator outreach and lead generation: Identify and source partners who align with the niche markets of our portfolio companies.
Create and manage target lists: Build databases of potential partners for outreach campaigns.
Run outreach campaigns: Initiate and manage outreach efforts to start and organize conversations with partners.
Handle early-stage communications: Manage initial partner interactions and guide conversations through to the negotiation stage, at which point you'll transition the discussions to the senior partnerships lead.
Email copywriting: Draft compelling outreach emails and follow-ups to engage partners
Support partnerships team: Assist with coordination and organization, keeping outreach processes streamlined and on track.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the partnerships team to align strategies with broader business goals.
Who You Are
Interest in business development and growth-focused partnerships. Prior experience is a strong plus: You want to understand and master various partnership models and can identify growth opportunities across different channels and tactics.
Exceptional communication skills: You have strong written and verbal English skills, with a talent for writing engaging and persuasive outreach emails.
Organized and process-driven: You're highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach campaigns at once while keeping track of progress.
Resourceful and proactive: You enjoy finding new prospects, building target lists, and initiating conversations that will drive value for our portfolio companies.
Adaptable to changing priorities: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities and projects evolve quickly.
Team player: You're able to collaborate effectively with other team members and are comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving setting.

Time CommitmentThis is a full-time, remote role. You will need to overlap with US ET for a significant portion of the workday.
