Duties And Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer
service, inventory and delivery. Ensure adherance to SOPs.
Customer Focus: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintain customer
satisfaction and uphold the brand image.
Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and motivate staff.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, track sales, and maximize profitability.
Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit reports (sales, cash, inventory, etc.) to
head office.
Store Maintenance: Ensure store cleanliness, security, and overall presentation.
Liason with Head office: Communiate effectively with head office and manage store
assets.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate or College Level
- Experience in Sales and Store operations
- Experience in Supervisory or Leadership role
- Customer Service oriented
- Problem-Solving skills
- Computer Literate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management
- Willing to learn and to be trained
