Our client is looking for a Social Commerce Coordinator, Creator & Affiliate Operations to help execute the day-to-day operations that power successful TikTok Shop creator and affiliate programs across multiple client accounts.
This is a highly execution-focused role designed for someone early in their career who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple moving pieces, and ensuring campaigns run efficiently. You'll play a key role in creator outreach, affiliate approvals, product sampling, campaign coordination, reporting, and backend operations that directly contribute to client growth and GMV.
While this role offers long-term growth into greater client ownership and strategy, the immediate focus is on operational excellence, fast learning, and reliable execution.
What You'll D
oCreator & Affiliate Program Operation
- sSupport day-to-day TikTok Shop creator and affiliate program execution across multiple client accounts
- .Coordinate creator outreach, follow-ups, re-engagement campaigns, and affiliate approvals
- .Identify creators that align with client products, campaigns, and performance goals
- .Coordinate creator activations, campaign tracking, product shipments, deliverables, and posting schedules
- .Maintain organized creator databases, outreach trackers, campaign documentation, and sampling records
- .Ensure creators receive accurate product information, timelines, and campaign expectations
.TikTok Shop & Backend Operation
- sManage product sampling workflows within TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center
- .Monitor sample requests, approvals, shipment status, creator acceptance, content production, and product inventory
- .Assist with backend platform tasks, including campaign setup, affiliate settings, campaign links, approvals, and quality assurance
- .Quickly identify and escalate operational issues such as low creator engagement, delayed shipments, inventory shortages, or campaign bottlenecks
- .Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sampling programs are executed accurately and efficiently
.Client Support & Account Coordinatio
- nPrepare client meeting agendas, tactical updates, and account summaries
- .Gather performance insights and organize reporting materials for client presentations
- .Track creator activity, sampling progress, GMV trends, content production, blockers, and action items
- .Document meeting notes and support post-meeting follow-up tasks to keep projects moving forward
