Job Description
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment, training, and employee records and databases.
- Coordinate and administer employee onboarding, orientation, and learning and development programs.
- Monitor training participation, maintain training documentation, and assist in evaluating program effectiveness.
- Prepare and submit recruitment, training, and HR-related reports and analytics as required.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement, talent development, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and applicable labor regulations while performing other HR-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement/s
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably with experience in recruitment, training coordination, or HR administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR-related systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
