The client is a multinational manufacturing and production organization with headquarters in Singapore and operations across the United States and the United Kingdom. It is currently expanding its shared services center in Pasig City, offering the opportunity to join a growing finance team supporting global operations. The role reports directly into Singapore.

- Manage accounts receivable activities including cash application, reconciliations, and issue resolution
- Monitor outstanding balances and conduct regular aging analysis to ensure timely collections
- Handle fixed asset processes such as capitalization, transfers, and disposals
- Support inventory accounting and assist with variance analysis and reporting
- Prepare journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations for month-end close
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and financial queries
- Assist in audit preparation by providing schedules and required documentation
- Contribute to process improvements and systems optimization initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful GL Accountant (AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory) should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in AR, fixed assets, and general accounting functions
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA or SAP ECC is required
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, financial controls, and reporting standards
- Experience in shared services or multinational environments is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with ability to manage large data volumes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a growing SSC environment
