Salary up to £40,273 realistic OTE (basic £37,639 pa + bonus up to £2,634 pa)

We’re looking for an experienced and qualified Workshop Controller to play a pivotal role at our Kidderminster site. This is more than just managing workflow, it’s about keeping businesses moving, customers satisfied, and vehicles safely back on the road as quickly as possible.
Working in a modern workshop equipped with the latest technology and manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools, you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic operation where no two days are the same. You'll lead from the front, coordinating technicians, managing priorities, and ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop to the highest technical and quality standards.
As Workshop Controller, you'll have a direct influence on workshop performance, maximising productivity, efficiency, and profitability while supporting your team to deliver exceptional results. You'll also be the key decision-maker on warranty and recharge opportunities, using your technical expertise and commercial awareness to drive success.
Most importantly, you'll help us deliver on our promise to customers: getting them back on the road safely, efficiently, and with confidence.
