Job Description


You will serve as the operational backbone for a dynamic multi-business operation, managing marketing communications, customer relationship workflows, platform development, and intern coordination. This role puts you at the center of growth initiatives, from building newsletter campaigns using existing templates to developing subscription-based learning platforms. You'll work directly with the business owner to execute on strategic priorities while managing day-to-day communications and relationship tracking that drive revenue and retention.


Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week), Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm EST Client Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Responsibilities

  • Create monthly newsletters for current clients using provided templates, fonts, and brand guidelines
  • Develop and send client appreciation letters, announcements, and ongoing email communications
  • Build and manage a subscription-based learning platform using tools like Kajabi or Skool for voice lesson group classes Post course materials, videos, and student communications to the learning platform on an ongoing basis
  • Implement and maintain a CRM system to track school outreach, follow up on leads, and manage sales pipeline
  • Manage contracted interns by assigning tasks, reviewing social media content and video edits, and ensuring brand alignment
  • Respond to new client inquiries and follow up with prospects who have expressed interest
  • Create marketing flyers and promotional materials using established templates and brand standards
  • Coordinate weekly email communications for a book club community Handle new student onboarding for the subscription voice coaching program


Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience creating email marketing campaigns and newsletters using templates Demonstrated ability to build or manage online course platforms or membership sites
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking processes Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
  • Excellent written communication skills for client-facing correspondence
  • Comfortable managing and delegating tasks to junior team members or contractors
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to represent a brand professionally Proficiency with digital marketing tools, email platforms, and content management systems


Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Bonus if you have experience with Kajabi, Skool, or similar learning management platforms
  • It helps if you have worked in education, coaching, or service-based businesses
  • Bonus if you have managed social media content creation or video editing workflows It helps if you are familiar with the performing arts or educational services industry
