F5 Global Talent is hiring a Bookkeeper to support a growing bookkeeping team serving multiple businesses. You will start with invoice processing and daily sales entry, then grow into reconciliations, payroll, and broader bookkeeping responsibilities as trust builds.
This is a hands-on bookkeeping role for someone who is accurate, organized, and knows when to flag a question instead of guessing.
What You’ll Do
- Enter vendor invoices daily into QuickBooks Desktop
- Record daily sales and review transactions for anything unusual
- Reconcile vendor statements, bank accounts, and credit card accounts
- Support accounts payable, inventory accounting, and cost-of-goods tracking
- Review entries for accuracy and consistency across multiple files or entities
- Flag questions early when something does not look right
- Communicate clearly with the internal bookkeeping team
- Take on additional bookkeeping responsibilities as trust and familiarity grow
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Strong QuickBooks Desktop skills
- Solid understanding of accounts payable
- Familiarity with inventory accounting and COGS
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good judgment when reviewing transactions and spotting issues
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Ability to work independently and keep books clean, organized, and up to date
Nice to Have
- Retail bookkeeping experience
- Lightspeed POS experience
- Experience working with multiple QuickBooks company files
- Bank and credit card reconciliation experience
- Payroll support experience

This is a hands-on bookkeeping role centered around QuickBooks Desktop. We are looking for someone who can enter transactions accurately, spot issues early, and keep clean books — not just someone with general admin or data entry experience.
