What You’ll Do

  • Review and verify medical reports for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain and update documentation across systems and databases
  • Handle inquiries and communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards
  • Identify, flag, and escalate documentation or compliance issues
  • Ensure timely submission of required reports and records
  • Support audits and preparation activities
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve QA concerns and improve processes
  • Ensures all practices follow HIPAA, state, and federal regulations


Key Criteria

  • Allied Health Graduate
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical accounts involving clerical, admin, or documentation review
  • Experienced in utilizing multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Strong English communication skills; comfortable with calls and high-volume emails
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume setting


Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time with a full onsite work arrangement.
