RolePurpose

ThePricing Supervisor / Manager leads the Pricing Team within the Pricing, Sales& Solution Enablement function, delivering pricing support for globalbusiness pursuits and complex multi-country bids. The role owns the quality,accuracy, and timeliness of pricing deliverables, manages a team of PricingAnalysts and Team Leads across two regional pods, and serves as a seniorpricing advisor to commercial and finance stakeholders.

Thisis a transformation-critical role. The function is currently transitioning froma workbook-based pricing operating model to a new digital platform that isactively being built. The Pricing Supervisor / Manager will play a leading rolein bridging current tools, processes, and team structures into the new platform— surfacing pain points and process gaps, ensuring they are addressed in theplatform design, and leading the team through parallel-run, adoption, and fullcut-over. The successful candidate must be flexible, adaptable, and effectiveat leading people and processes through sustained change.

KeyResponsibilities Summary

Therole spans five core areas of accountability:

PeopleLeadership & Team Enablement

  • Lead,coach, and develop a team of 8 across two regional pods (2 Team Leads + 6Pricing Analysts), including performance reviews, twice-monthly 1:1s,onboarding, scheduling, and capacity planning.
  • Monitorteam performance, manage escalations through root cause analysis, and reportperformance at monthly team meetings.
  • Runweekly team huddles to align on active deals, blockers, and support needs.
  • Ensuretimekeeping compliance and actively manage capacity risk, escalating whereworkload exceeds sustainable levels.

PricingOperations & Delivery

  • Managethe intake, triage, and assignment of pricing support requests based on dealcomplexity and team capacity.
  • Providehands-on support for the most complex global pursuits — template setup, bidreturn preparation, and scenario modelling.
  • Actas the senior point of escalation for stakeholder queries, concerns, andescalations.
  • Ensurepricing deliverables are submitted accurately and on time across both pods.

PricingTools, Templates & Models

  • Ownthe design, build, versioning, and release of pricing templates and modelscurrently in use.
  • Maintainmonthly FX rate updates and apply standard burden, compensation, and allowanceupdates as the global profitability model evolves.
  • Managethe enhancement pipeline and prepare release notes and stakeholdercommunications for each new version.
  • Applyautomation tooling and emerging technologies to improve team productivity anddelivery quality.

PlatformTransition & Change Leadership

  • Serveas a key bridge between current pricing tools, processes, and team structureand the new digital platform under development.
  • Identifypain points, process gaps, and operational risks in the current state — andensure these are surfaced, prioritised, and addressed within the new platformdesign.
  • Providepricing strategy and process input into platform development, including pursuitworkflow, pricing logic, and process automation.
  • Leadthe team through platform adoption — including training, communication, andembedding new ways of working as responsibilities shift with the transition.
  • Supportparallel-run deployment, ensuring continuity of pricing delivery while thecurrent tools and the new application operate side by side.
  • Ensurethe team continues to deliver agreed outcomes as roles and responsibilitiesevolve through the transition, and proactively manage change-related risks toteam performance and morale.
  • Remainflexible and adaptable, adjusting team priorities, processes, and ways ofworking in response to platform milestones and emerging business needs.

ContinuousImprovement & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partnerwith senior commercial, finance, operational, and data analytics stakeholdersto align pricing delivery with business priorities.
  • Drivecontinuous refinement of savings models, profitability tooling, and connecteddashboards in coordination with relevant owners.
  • Identifyand implement process improvement and automation opportunities across thepricing function.

RequiredQualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering,or a related quantitative discipline. Relevant professional certifications(CPA, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum7 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial finance, FP&A, dealmodelling, or bid / pursuit support, with at least 2 years in a peopleleadership role.
  • Demonstratedexperience leading distributed teams in a global shared services, GBS, oroffshore delivery environment.
  • Experiencesupporting large, complex, multi-country deals — preferably in IntegratedFacilities Management, Real Estate, Outsourcing, or a similar B2B servicesenvironment.
  • Proventrack record of leading teams through tool, platform, or process transitions —including parallel-run deployments, adoption programmes, or system migrations.
  • Experienceowning pricing tools, templates, or models through full lifecycle — design,build, release, and continuous improvement.

TechnicalSkills

  • AdvancedMicrosoft Excel, including complex formulas, scenario modelling, Power Query,and VBA.
  • Workingknowledge of profitability modelling and standard cost build-up (burden rates,compensation loading, FX treatment, margin walks).
  • Basicto intermediate experience digitising manual or workbook-based processes —including process mapping, identifying automation opportunities, translatingspreadsheet logic into structured workflows, and partnering with technologyteams on requirements and user acceptance testing.
  • Comfortableworking with modern web-based business applications as a power user —navigating new platforms quickly, configuring views and workflows whereavailable, providing structured feedback to product teams, and supportingteam-wide adoption.
  • Experiencewith pricing or pursuit management platforms, plus SharePoint, Power Apps, andPower BI. Exposure to low-code / no-code tools, workflow automation platforms(e.g. Power Automate), or similar digital tooling is an advantage.
  • Comfortableworking with FX, treasury rate references, and finance source data.
