The Role
We’re seeking a
Product Coordinator. This role is designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
You’ll play a key role in rapidly creating and managing unique live entertainment packages (sports, concert, and theater) on the company’s core websites and other collaborating sales channels. This position will also be responsible for the swift editing, updating, and placement of all content to ensure the best overall user experience.
Location: Must be in the Philippines – Remote.
Environment: Philippine and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM - ET
Contract: Full time Philippine contract.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years of related experience (event production, VIP services, hospitality, ticketing).
- Skills:
- Experience with Zoom (online meeting software) and Slack.
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
- Must have strong computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility in schedule, including the ability to work Eastern Standard Time and on weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities
- Create and manage VIP package offers: Utilize multiple platforms, including Point of Sale and proprietary software, to rapidly create, publish, and manage VIP package offers, ensuring products are brought to market swiftly and efficiently.
- Administrative support: Assist the VIP Product team with administrative duties to expand reach and boost production, prioritizing speed and accuracy.
- Content maintenance: Adhere to product management best practices as outlined by the VIP Product Manager, including swift and regular content maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure timely and accurate updates.
- Workflow management: Collaborate with the VIP Product team to effectively manage workflow, prioritize tasks, maximize output, and increase revenue with a sense of urgency.
- Performance tracking: Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet departmental goals, strategies, and objectives, emphasizing speed and precision.
- Industry awareness: Stay vigilant to industry trends and technological changes, reacting quickly to both positive and negative developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Rapid problem-solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring that any anomalies are addressed quickly to maintain the highest standards of product delivery.
- Additional duties: Assist with other duties as directed by the VIP Product Manager, always with a focus on rapid execution and continuous improvement.
Schedule
- Virtual work environment.
- Five-day work week consisting of shifts that meet the demands of the business (could involve a rotating schedule over the weekend).
- We are open 365 days a year.
- Flexibility is important.
- You will be working with a team that operates 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
