About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business growth through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building. This is a hunter-style B2B sales role focused on identifying potential suppliers and business partners, generating qualified opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new suppliers, partners, and business opportunities.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and outbound outreach.
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new partners.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Outbound Sales.
  • Proven experience with cold calling and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is a plus.
  • Experience in trading, commodities, supplier acquisition, or B2B industries is an advantage.

Work Schedule

🕒 Monday to Friday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT
