Position Overview
The Order Fulfillment & Listing Specialist is a key operational role responsible for the end-to-end management of warehouse activities, including inventory control, order processing, product listing, inbound receiving, and outbound dispatch. This role ensures accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality and organization within the warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory tracking and item locationing to ensure accurate stock placement and retrieval.
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound deliveries; update inventory records accordingly.
- Perform quality checks on all incoming and outgoing items to maintain product standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with operational timelines.
- Coordinate and book dispatch logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipment of orders.
- Handle Return-to-Sender (RTS) items, including processing, documentation, and restocking or escalation as appropriate.
System Management & Listings
- Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across relevant platforms and internal systems.
- Conduct price research to support competitive pricing strategies and ensure listing accuracy.
- Maintain system records for all warehouse transactions, stock movements, and fulfillment activities.
Client & Team Support
- Assist clients and internal team members during warehouse visits, providing guidance and support on warehouse-related concerns.
- Serve as a point of contact for warehouse inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline fulfillment processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role.
- Experience with e-commerce product listing (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms) is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), spreadsheets, and e-commerce listing tools.
- Good analytical skills for conducting price research and maintaining competitive listings.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and assisting clients.
- Physical fitness to handle warehouse duties including lifting, organizing, and moving items.
Other Requirements
- Must be willing and able to work on-site at the warehouse facility.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and volume fluctuations.
- Trustworthy, with a high level of integrity in handling inventory and financial data.

- Trustworthy, with a high level of integrity in handling inventory and data
