As our HR Manager, you will not only manage day-to-day HR operations but also serve as the architect of our people strategy. This is a rare opportunity to shape the culture, systems, and talent framework of a rapidly scaling organization. You will be both a strategic partner to leadership and a hands-on practitioner who isn’t afraid to dive into the details.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizational Culture: Design and lead initiatives that define, embed, and evolve our company culture as we grow.
  • HR Systems: Plan, implement, and continuously improve performance evaluation systems, internal policies, and employee handbooks.
  • Compensation & Rewards: Develop and refine compensation structures, including department-specific incentive programs that drive performance and retention.
  • Talent Management: Oversee organizational structuring, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
  • Employee Engagement: Analyze engagement surveys, identify areas for improvement, and drive action plans that make our people feel valued and heard.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Build a best-in-class onboarding experience that accelerates new hire productivity and cultural assimilation.
  • Learning & Development: Create and manage internal training programs that support professional growth at all levels.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support mid-career hiring efforts, working alongside our lead recruiter to attract top external talent.
  • Payroll & Labor Relations: Oversee payroll processing and labor compliance, with support from administrative staff.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of escalation for harassment complaints and other sensitive workplace issues.
  • Budget Management: Own the HR departmental budget, tracking actuals vs. forecasts and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Executive Partnership: Regularly present proposals, data, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a small HR team, fostering a high-performance culture within your own function.
