Job Description
Responsible for leading and driving all commercial activities across Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Revenue functions for the cluster properties. The role is focused on maximizing revenue performance, market share, and profitability in Rooms, Food & Beverage, Events, Spa, and all other revenue-generating outlets. The Director ensures a proactive, strategic, and results-driven approach that aligns with brand standards and the cluster’s business objectives.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of commercial leadership experience in a luxury/upper-upscale hotel or resort, preferably cluster/multi-property.
- Strong track record in sales, marketing, revenue management, and reservations leadership.
- Deep understanding of global distribution systems, digital marketing, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven, strategic thinker with strong leadership presence.
