Warmly greet and seat patrons, presenting them with menus and answering any initial questions.
Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when requested.
Deliver food and beverages to tables, ensure accuracy of orders and attend to any additional customer needs.
Process transactions and issue bills.
Maintain cleanliness and set up of tables, dining area and workstations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and provide a memorable dining experience to guests.
Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field. Additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
Experience Level: Less than 1 Year of experience required, preferably in a hospitality setting.
Skills and Competencies: Must possess excellent communication skills and be highly customer-oriented. Should have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, requires long periods of standing and may include weekend and holiday work.
