As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for members, patients, and healthcare providers. You will handle inquiries related to health insurance benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, and provider information while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer inquiries regarding healthcare plans, benefits, claims, and coverage.
  • Assist members with account updates, eligibility verification, billing concerns, and provider-related questions.
  • Resolve customer issues accurately and professionally while providing timely solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare providers to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Meet performance metrics for quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to company policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and active listening.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Highschool graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior Highschool graduate
  • No Experience needed
