Job Description

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a Travel Account to assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and related services. You will provide accurate information, support reservations, and ensure a seamless experience for travelers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

Provide accurate information on travel services, bookings, schedules, and promotions

Assist customers with flight, hotel, or package reservations

Resolve questions or concerns professionally and efficiently

Document all customer interactions and updates in the system

Escalate complex travel-related issues to supervisors when needed

Maintain service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics

Work Schedule & Training

Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Comprehensive paid training on travel services and company systems

High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
