The position is primarily responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting innovation initiatives that drive organizational growth and transformation. The position is also responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Gathers and analyzes industry trends, regulatory updates and emerging technologies.
- Conducts feasibility studies for new concepts and evaluate business value of proposed projects.
- Develops and updates Al Policy framework ensuring compliance to standards.
- Prepares Al reporting and assess Al maturity for BSP.
- Manages the We Manage board for project filtering, scoring, endorsement and prioritization.
- Maintains Al knowledge based updates and updates standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reference materials.
- Coordinates with the internal and external teams for research, bench marking and project collaboration.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Technology- or Communications-related field
- At least 2 years of experience in research and development, innovation, or technology analysis
- Experience working with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, Claude)
- Working knowledge of APIs and Python
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
