What you’ll do:
You will help build and industrialize a next-generation Data Architecture platform focused on regulatory data, governance, validation, and migration readiness.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building scalable data pipelines and execution components.
- Developing governed transformation, validation, and reconciliation workflows.
- Contributing to multi-engine execution capabilities.
- Designing data models, mappings, and quality controls.
- Collaborating with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams on platform evolution.
- Supporting customer onboarding, migration readiness, and data quality assessment.
- Improving observability, testing, performance, and governance across the platform.
- Contributing to AI-assisted and agentic engineering workflows.

- 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
- Python, FastAPI, Pandas, Iceberg, Parquet, Spark, Great Expectations, React, PostgreSQL, Docker, Airflow, and AI-assisted engineering tooling.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with complex and governed datasets.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Interest in data governance, platform engineering, and AI-assisted development.
- Experience in financial services or RegTech is a plus.
