The Risk Associate is responsible for supporting the organization’s risk management framework
by assisting in the identification, assessment, and monitoring of risks. This role ensures
accurate documentation, supports compliance with internal policies and regulatory
requirements, and helps implement risk mitigation strategies under the guidance of the Risk
Supervisor.
Job Description
- Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and enhancement of Enterprise Risk
Management(ERM) processes and documentation for Maxicare and its affiliates.
- Support the Risk Supervisor in executing risk controls aligned with organizational
standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments, gather data, and prepare detailed reports for the Risk
Supervisor or Manager’s review.
- Monitor compliance with risk management policies and provide input for improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to help develop and evaluate risk mitigation measures.
- Maintain accurate risk documentation and ensure timely reporting of risk-related issues.
- Assist in tracking and managing risk incidents to ensure proper resolution.
- Participate in risk-related workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs to
enhance understanding of risks across the organization.
- Support the Risk Supervisor in developing and refining internal controls to address
identified risks.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Risk Supervisor or Risk Manager as required.
