Your duties include but are not limited to the
Following
Improve and develop companys financial status and
performance
Establish, manage, monitor and enforce accounting
and finance systems and procedures
Manage and organize Cash Flow, Cost and Budgeting,
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Bookkeeping, Inventory, Taxation,
Payroll, Benefits, Permits, Licenses and Audit
Prepare, check, submit and file accounting reports,
financial statements, financial instruments and other needed forms, memoranda,
letters, correspondence and transactions
Enforce proper accounting methods, standards,
policies and procedures
Reconcile data, rectify incorrect transactions,
initiate corrective actions and resolve accounting and financial issues
Manage, update, file and maintain an organized accounting
and financial records
Align accounting and finance with all other
departments processes
Review, manage and maintain general ledgers and
books
Oversee and manage internal controls
Ensure accuracy of all accounting and financial
reports
Oversee daily accounting, finance and treasury
operations
Maintain good relationship with internal and
external clients like banks, suppliers, channel partners
Responsible on all banking transactions, loans and
reconciliations
Review contracts, letters, notices, correspondences
and manage disputes with BIR and other Government Agencies and Institutions
Manage income statements and tax returns on a
monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Monitor budget, expenses, investments and projects
Prepare financial analysis and audit reports to
audit, business affiliates, investors, owners and stake holders
Qualifications
At least a Degree in Finance or Accountancy or
Business Administration, CPA is an advantage.
5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
A proactive mindset and can-do attitude with the
ability to deal with ambiguity and a fast-paced learning environment
Be sharp and sensitive to industry developments,
monitor feedback from communities and conduct competitor analysis
Good organization skills with strong attention to
details
Proven ability to multitask and handle stress well
