Qualifications
- High school graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Collections, customer service, or BPO experience is an advantage but not required
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and empathetically
- Goal-oriented and able to meet productivity and performance targets
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Amenable to work onsite (or hybrid/work-from-home, if applicable)
Job Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding outstanding account balances
- Assist customers in understanding their account status and available payment options
- Negotiate payment arrangements while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and payment commitments
- Resolve account inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service
- Meet collection, quality, and productivity targets
