Oversees the whole project from pre- to post-construction.
Handles client management by conducting face-to-face or online meetings and providing weekly updates, and to company owners as well.
Manages the purchasing of materials/ equipment and ensuring that all are safely kept.
Coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors for up-to-date alignment.
Facilitates punch listing with client and company owners
Graduate of any Engineering or Business Management course.
At least 1 year of experience in the same field is an advantage
Knowledgeable in Risk Management, Cost Estimation, Project Planning
Ability to build rapport to clients
Strong time management skills
Leadership Skills
