Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

The role includes creating and implementing change requests, updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting processes, and working closely with vendors and service management teams to analyze and resolve issues efficiently. This position requires active collaboration across different teams to ensure continuous service availability and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals and priorities. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise. - Monitor and report on team performance metrics to support continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Enterprise IP Telephony. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps, Network Engineering. - Comprehensive understanding of telephony infrastructure and protocols. - Ability to troubleshoot complex telephony issues and implement effective solutions. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes. - Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors and internal teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise IP Telephony. - This position is based at our Manila office.
