Lead, train, and oversees all IT Personnel, technology, and services.
Day-to-day supervision of the companys Head office and IT Teams in providing technical support to both onsite and remote employees
Installs, updates, tests, and maintains network equipment, servers, databases, and other technology. Assists with troubleshooting of complex and specialized problems and needs.
Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, firewall, network, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
Install office internet, landline and access points
Laptop repair and troubleshooting
software installation
Configuration and maintenance of CCTV and biometrics
Security of all IT peripherals
Inventory of all IT assets
- Graduate of any Technical or IT-related courses (such as BS Computer Engineering, Electronic and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Computer Technology, Computer Science and Information Technology)
- Must have minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Support Field
- Preferably with at least 2 year experience in a supervisory capacity
- Must have good oral and written English communication skills
- Proficient in Windows operating system
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
