Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. Your work involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions are scalable and efficient. You will engage in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to deliver high-quality software that supports organizational goals and adapts to evolving needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure alignment with project objectives. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges or risks that may arise. - Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives and ideas. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Pega Platform. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices within the Pega environment. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable business process management solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Pega applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Pega applications for performance and reliability. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective and maintainable solutions.
