Identify and engage potential clients needing warehouse storage solutions.
Conduct site assessments and clients consultations to determine the best fit for racking systems.
Recommend, design, and present racking layout solutions including pallet racks, shelving, mezzanines, and other warehouse structures.
Prepare and present detailed proposals, technical drawings, and cost estimates.
Coordinate closely with the engineering and installation teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of solutions.
Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales while maintaining profitability.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Provide product demonstrations and conduct technical presentations when required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after project implementation.
Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates for review by the Chief Operating Officer.
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably related to Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
At least three (3) years of experience in technical sales, preferably in warehouse racking, material handling, or construction industry
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and racking system
Ability to read and interpret technical layouts; knowledge in AutoCAD or similar software is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
Willingness to conduct site visits and occasional client meetings as needed
Note: This position is primarily office-based with scheduled site visits and client engagement. It may require occasional extended hours depending on client or project demand.
