We are looking for a German Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and provide exceptional support to German-speaking business clients in the hospitality industry.
In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to online purchasing, order management, supplier coordination, and delivery concerns through a centralized procurement platform. You will help ensure a smooth purchasing experience by providing timely assistance, resolving issues, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide B2B customer support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and/or other communication channels.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, products, suppliers, and procurement processes.
- Handle inquiries related to product catalogs, supplier information, pricing, contracts, and promotional offers.
- Assist with order tracking, delivery updates, and resolving order discrepancies.
- Investigate customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams or partners to provide effective solutions.
- Provide accurate information and guidance regarding platform usage and purchasing processes.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal).
- Experience in customer service, BPO, sales support, or account management is preferred or a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage business customer concerns professionally.
- Comfortable working on a night/mid shift schedule and in a WFH setup.
- Eligible to work in the Philippines
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling international customers or B2B accounts.
- Background in hospitality, e-commerce, procurement, order management, or customer support is an advantage.
