Duties And Responsibilities
- Drive digital adoption by promoting UB Online, ensuring branch utilization of digital channels, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling products and services.
- Lead customer experience initiatives by ensuring high service standards, resolving complaints promptly, and continuously improving client satisfaction.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and operational efficiency by managing transactions, monitoring accounts, enforcing controls, and meeting SLA requirements.
- Supervise and develop Junior Ambassadors through coaching, performance management, and fostering a strong team culture.
- Support branch productivity and operations by monitoring expenses, maintaining facilities and equipment, ensuring security, and driving cost-efficiency and process improvements.
