The ads that actually scale aren't the prettiest ones. They're the ones the algorithm keeps feeding budget to because they convert. The role sits inside a health and wellness DTC brand running over EUR 600k a month in paid social, working across creative pods as a dedicated AI-animation specialist.
The expectation is two finished, test-ready videos a day. Not polished for an awards reel. Built to run.
This is a fully remote, full-time role.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Performance bonus on every winning creative
- Clear growth path up the creative ladder as the brand scales

- Fully remote setup, work from wherever you do your best editing
- Async-first setup judged entirely on output, not hours
