They run specialty programs for Parkinson’s and dementia patients and organize adventure travel experiences. The client is focused on expanding reach through B2B partnerships and marketing strategies, engaging seniors across different regions. They are also expanding their B2C clientele. With a team of around 50 part-time instructors, the client is dedicated to keeping seniors active, engaged, and living their best life.
About the Role:
The Sales Support Specialist will drive lead generation, prospecting, and sales development initiatives. The role includes identifying potential clients, managing outreach campaigns, following up on leads, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to closing. This position requires flexibility, critical thinking, and initiative to optimize workflows and ensure alignment with business objectives. It is a part-time role starting at 10–15 hours per week, with potential to increase to 20 hours, and the opportunity for future commission-based incentives.
