Position Overview: Senior Data Scientist (Healthcare Focus)

What You Will Do:

· Lead the development of advanced machine learning (ML) and statistical models to solve complex healthcare problems.

· Establish and promote best practices in modeling, experimentation, and analytical rigor.

· Convert real-world healthcare challenges into scalable data science solutions.

· Collaborate with global stakeholders to influence product and business strategy.

· Mentor and enhance the technical capabilities of the data science team.

· Keep up to date with the latest advances in ML and healthcare analytics.

Who We Are Looking For:

· 8+ years of experience in data science or a related quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics).

· Solid grounding in statistical modeling, machine learning, and complex problem-solving techniques.

· Proven experience handling large, high-dimensional datasets and delivering clear, actionable insights.

· Expertise with modern ML methods, including:

· Transformers (e.g., NLP and representation learning)

· Deep learning frameworks and architectures

· Graph-based machine learning (such as Graph Neural Networks)

· Familiarity with causal inference and decision-focused modeling is a plus.

· Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems and pursuing impactful outcomes independently.

· Excellent collaboration and communication skills for engaging with a range of stakeholders.

· Experience deploying models into production environments.

· Prior experience or domain knowledge in healthcare, particularly healthcare revenue cycle, is preferred.
