Step into a leadership role where your expertise in MLOps will shape the future of healthcare AI systems! We are looking for a Senior MLOps Lead to spearhead the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, cloud-native ML infrastructure and pipelines.
Role Overview:
As the Senior MLOps Lead, you will oversee the entire machine learning lifecycle—from model experimentation to production deployment and continuous monitoring. You will design CI/CD pipelines, implement observability and reproducibility best practices, and collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and key stakeholders to deliver robust ML solutions in healthcare.
What You Offer:
8+ years of experience in ML engineering, MLOps, or related fields with a strong software engineering foundation.
Expertise in building and managing scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure on Azure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Proven track record with modern ML techniques such as transformers and deep learning models.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and automation in production ML environments.
Ability to lead ambiguous projects independently and mentor cross-functional teams.
Healthcare domain experience, particularly healthcare revenue cycle, is an advantage.
