edamama is the #1 e-commerce platform for parents in the Philippines! We first launched in May 2020 as a website. After a year in 2021 we finally launched our app. At edamama, we're passionate about making parenthood a smoother journey. That's why we developed an omnichannel that simplifies decision-making and brings the joy back to raising a family. Weve also reached another milestone in 2023 when we expanded our business going into retail! We have a couple of stores as of today in malls such as Robinsons Manila, Robinsons Magnolia, Robinsons Antipolo, Ayala Malls Feliz, Ayala Vertis North, Ayala Malls Fairview Terraces and Ayala Cebu by the Bloc our first ever provincial store. Were also very excited to share that we're aiming to have 100 stores in the next 5 years!
What You'll Do
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Guarantee achievement of minimum 90% of their monthly sales target
- Optimize store-level spending to balance operational costs with revenue, ensuring healthy net margins.
- Driving sales growth through proactive participation in localized marketing and mall-wide promotions.
Operational Excellence and Compliance
- Guarantees total team alignment with internal and external protocols to prevent operational lapses and associated fines.
- Facilitates regular inventory counts and monitoring to ensure optimal stock depth and replenishment efficiency.
- Maintains the store in an "optimal-ready" state by identifying and reporting maintenance needs early to prevent costly property damage.
Team Management
- Inspires a positive workplace environment through the consistent communication of brand values, leading to enhanced service standards.
- Actively monitors and coaches individual team members to drive the achievement of personalized sales targets and professional growth.
- Employs strategic reinforcement to motivate the team, ensuring that high standards are rewarded and that no procedural deviations are condoned.
What We're Looking For
- At least graduate with a college degree
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Possesses a hunger for success and strong motivation to achieve committed targets
- Knowledge with using MS tools specifically Word and Excel
- Supervisory, OIC experience in a leading retail store is essential
- Willing to work in Robinsons Magnolia
