As a
Quality Engineer, you will join our Global Quality Assurance team, partnering closely with manufacturing, engineering, and customers across multiple sites.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex quality challenges, and is motivated to grow through active collaboration with global stakeholders.
You will play a key role in enhancing product quality, driving continuous improvement, and building strong customer trust in the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer quality issues and requests, driving resolution through structured problem solving and cross-functional collaboration
- Perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions (e.g., 8D, FMEA)
- Analyze process data using SPC and statistical tools to identify improvement opportunities
- Support and maintain process control systems to ensure consistent product quality
- Partner with global teams (Manufacturing, Engineering, Supplier Quality) to strengthen quality performance
- Lead or support quality improvement projects across sites
- Represent quality in customer communications, audits, and reviews
- Prepare and share clear quality reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to quality planning for new products in alignment with ISO9001 standards
- Continuously improve daily operations by leveraging data-driven and automation approaches
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor industry (Quality, Supplier Quality, or Engineering)
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across global teams and customers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
Nice To Have
- Experience with semiconductor cleans or chemical materials
- Familiarity with metrology or defect analysis tools
- Experience with SPC, statistical analysis, or process control systems
