Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment, Onboarding and Off boarding Manages the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and exit interviews and procedures.
  • Tracking Employees Leaves and Attendance Monitors employees timekeeping, ensuring compliance with company polies on leave usage and attendance
  • Processing of Payroll and Employee Benefits Processing of salaries/payroll and other mandatory benefits.
  • Defining Workplace Policies Ensures implementation of employment laws and regulations; reviews and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development Develops training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement and Relations Manages employee relations, performance evaluations and handling of disciplinary procedures.
