Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote continuous learning.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills

Expert proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
Experience with MySQL Database Administration, Microsoft Azure Administration.
Strong expertise & understanding of web application architecture and design patterns.
Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
