Technical Support Lead
Engapuzha, Kozhikode, Kerala
- Provide product/service support through chat/ email and the best customer experience
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with customers WordPress sites also interact internally to resolve
- Communicate with customers and figure out the issues like any issues in integrating plugins
- Document each support and resolution adequately in our internal DB.
- Engage appropriate internal resources to resolve technical issues and update our customers on progress toward resolution Setup a strong technical support Process and Team.
Key Skills
- Experience in WordPress product configuration / WP Theme customization WP Plugin Customization
- Basic front end technologies-HTML /CSS, JavaScript
- Good communication skills-verbal and written
- Basic knowledge in hosting servers.
- Knowledge in Shopify is an added advantage
Qualification
- Any Graduates. B.Tech preferred
