About The Role
Techdome is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of software projects across our payments and platform products.
You don't need to have been a Delivery Manager before. If you're a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, Engineering Lead, Scrum Master, or Project Lead who has been driving projects, unblocking teams, and talking to stakeholders — and you're ready to own delivery formally — this role is built for you. We care about capability and readiness, not the title on your last offer letter.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of software projects: scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, design).
- Run Agile / Scrum delivery: planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage client and stakeholder communication, expectations, and escalations.
- Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks early.
- Plan resourcing and capacity; keep teams unblocked.
- Report on project health and delivery metrics to leadership and clients.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in software development or delivery, with experience leading a team, module, or project — formally or informally.
- A technical background: you can hold your own in engineering discussions and understand trade-offs.
- Hands-on exposure to Agile / Scrum ways of working (running or actively participating in ceremonies).
- Strong communication: comfortable managing clients, stakeholders, and escalations.
- Ownership mindset: you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
We'll Consider You Even If
- You've never held a "Delivery Manager" or "Project Manager" title.
- Your leadership experience is as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer who ran projects.
- You don't have a PM certification.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Payments / fintech project experience.
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification.
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up delivery, reporting, and documentation.
