Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative Hygiene Services is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to clients requiring hygiene and sanitation solutions. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, scheduling, order processing, and issue resolution while ensuring a positive customer experience. The representative works closely with the Operations, Sales, and Service teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of hygiene services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Process new service requests, renewals, cancellations, and amendments to customer accounts.
  • Schedule and coordinate hygiene service appointments with operations and field technicians.
  • Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in the CRM system.
  • Process customer orders, quotations, invoices, and service documentation.
  • Monitor service completion and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing, scheduling, and operational concerns.
  • Educate customers on available hygiene products, sanitation solutions, and service programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and health and safety regulations.
  • Meet established customer service KPIs, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and prepare customer service reports as required
