Position Summary
Oversee the strategy for the Analytics department and activities to help drive and support casino marketing revenue goals. Functions as primary person to generate business and customer insights and lead performance results and recommendations.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of casino events, promotions, offers, and programs by delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations that improve business performance and customer engagement.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, define analytical requirements, measure outcomes, and support data-driven marketing decisions.
- Define and execute the Marketing Analytics strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and commercial priorities.
- Develop advanced customer segmentation, behavioral models, and lifecycle analytics to improve customer understanding, personalization, and profitability.
- Proactively identify revenue growth opportunities, marketing effectiveness improvements, operational efficiencies, and cost optimization initiatives through advanced analytics.
- Drive alignment between analytics strategy and execution through stakeholder engagement, business reviews, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Establish Marketing Analytics best practices, processes, and capabilities that improve operational efficiency, analytical quality, and business impact.
- Partner with IT and business teams to enhance data warehouse capabilities, data integration, governance, and the development of a complete 360-degree customer view.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in analytics, business intelligence, customer strategy, or related data-driven functions
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, and modern analytics/data visualization tools
- Strong casino, hospitality, loyalty, CRM, or customer analytics experience preferred
