[Position Outline]
You will be responsible for product management of the corporate master data system-which consolidates corporate client information across the entire team as well as providing support for its development and operations.
You will handle:
- Product management to drive the growth of the corporate master data system
- Project management for related development and data expansion initiatives (including client coordination-from defining requirements based on client requests through to system operation-and managing the development processes for various projects).
Responsibilities
- Product analysis, issue identification, and hypothesis formulation
- Clarifying requirements, prioritizing tasks, and building consensus with stakeholders (engineers, business units, etc.)
- Creating development-related documentation for engineers (requirement definitions, product specifications, etc.)
- Data operations (from data validation to system implementation)
- Data operations management (operator guidance, operational process design)
- Project definition
- Development progress management
- Reporting
- Managing and negotiating with project stakeholders
- Issue management
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of practical experience (PJM, PDM, or Technical PDM)
- Project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to gather requirements from clients and negotiate priorities
- Ability to explain technical requirements to engineers
- Ability to create, organize, and manage technical project documentation (experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications)
- Problem-solving skills capable of resolving complex issues
- Experience using collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with complex SQL queries and implementing simple Python scripts
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Coding experience
- Experience improving operations using Generative AI/LLMs, etc.
