Your mission..
- Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain responsive web frontends and resilient serverless backend services.
- AWS Cloud Architecture: Architect scalable backend architectures utilizing AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.
- API Design: Build secure, high-performance RESTful and GraphQL APIs to seamlessly connect client applications, and other applications with cloud infrastructure.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK, Terraform, or Serverless Framework.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Establish automated build, test, and deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Performance & Security: Optimize web performance (Core Web Vitals) and implement robust authentication/authorization mechanisms using Amazon Cognito, OAuth 2.0, and JWT.
- Mentorship & Quality: Perform code reviews using a mechanism or with team members, following engineering best practices, and enforcing testing coverage (unit, integration, E2E).
- Follow standard process: Create technical documents, including source-target mapping documents, architecture, model and data flow documents, monitoring documents, and test scripts and testing documents. Initiate process, documentation, and technical design improvements on overall solutions delivery.
- Project Delivery & Quality: Manage assigned deliverables and projects or initiative ensuring achievement of dedicated tasks that should result to satisfying overall project objectives with regular project phases update to team lead and/or to stakeholders.

- Technical Competencies
- Frontend Expertise
- 3-5 years of professional web development experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Mastery of React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js with strong knowledge of state management patterns (Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand, or React Query).
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive layout design, and component libraries (Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Shadcn UI).
- Backend & Database Skills
- Hands-on experience with server-side languages: Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Strong proficiency in database modeling:
NoSQL: Amazon DynamoDB (single-table design patterns)
Relational SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Amazon Aurora.
- AWS & Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience with the AWS Serverless Ecosystem : AWS Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, S3, and CloudFront.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code ( AWS CDK, SAM, or Terraform ).
- Familiarity with containerization ( Docker ) and orchestration ( AWS ECS/Fargate or EKS ) is a plus.
- Testing & Observability
- Proficiency with testing frameworks: Jest, Cypress/Playwright, PyTest, or Postman .
- Experience with cloud monitoring, structured logging, and tracing using Amazon CloudWatch and AWS X-Ray .
- Licensure / Certification Required
- AWS Certifications: AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate .
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and edge deployment frameworks (Next.js App Router).
- Background in event-driven architecture and microservices design patterns.
