Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of Oracle Health and Life Sciences business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization
Responsibilities
Program Execution & Ownership
- Support execution of customer migrations (e.g. platform transitions, $0 ODs)
- Lead coordinated execution of multi-step, programmatic initiatives
- Own program timelines and delivery outcomes
- Ensure execution is structured and aligned across stakeholders
Large-Scale Sales Initiatives
- Operationalize enterprise-level initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, etc.)
- Ensure readiness for multi-region or broad rollout programs
Global & Commercial Expertise
- Provide guidance on global commercial structures and requirements
- Navigate regional complexities (currency, policy, compliance, booking rules, product availability)
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as central coordinator across Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Systems etc…
- Align stakeholders on program structure, ownership, and timelines
- Identify and work to remove blockers impacting outcomes
- Maintain clear communication and governance throughout execution
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track progress against KPIs and program goals
- Report on business impact (e.g. revenue movement, migration progress, growth contribution)
- Highlight risks, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Drive continuous improvement across programs
Time zone will need to overlap with EMEA day and may require early US morning support
Qualifications
Required
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Program Management
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multi-step programs
- Ability to work across global teams and regional requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise sales environments
- Familiarity with customer migrations, renewals, or transformation initiatives
- Understanding of global commercial policies and operational processes
- Experience working with OSC and CPQ
