Responsibilities

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitability. This role involves managing operational processes, leading teams, optimizing resources, and implementing strategies that support business goals and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily operational activities across departments.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory, procurement, logistics, or production activities as applicable.
  • Prepare operational reports and present findings to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
  • Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
