The Role Responsibilities Include
- Support execution of engineering projects from concept, FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction support, and commissioning.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Track project schedule, budget, and manhours; identify potential delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare and maintain project deliverables register, action logs, and progress reports.
- Interface with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal engineering disciplines.
- Support technical clarification, problem-solving, and change management activities.
- Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, constructability reviews, and project meetings.
- Assist with preparation of technical bid evaluations (TBE), requisitions, and procurement packages.
- Monitor project risks and support implementation of mitigation actions.
- Ensure compliance with Worley procedures, client requirements, quality standards, and HSE requirement
What You’ll Have
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical and Mechanical or related discipline).
- Engineering license registration (if applicable) is an advantage.
- 2–3 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power, or EPC/EPCM projects.
- Experience in engineering coordination, project controls, procurement support, or construction support activities.
- Exposure to FEED, Detailed Design, EPC, or EPCM projects is preferred.
