Position: Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager drives operational excellence and transformation within the Operations function.
Key Responsibilities: –
- Maintain transformation portfolio.

- Run operational benchmarking and productivity reviews.
- Embed continuous improvement of culture.

Qualifications & Experience: –
Relevant banking operations experience, strong stakeholder management, process improvement expertise, and professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
Core Competencies: –
Process Excellence, Business Analysis, Data-Driven Decision Making, Change Management, Communication, Leadership.
Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
MBA in Operations, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
