Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, strategic, and solutions-oriented IT Project Manager to take ownership of our Customer Integration initiatives and lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact technology projects for large institutional clients. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and scheduling team activities across our full IT project portfolio while ensuring consistent execution, quality, and alignment with business objectives. You will build and maintain a comprehensive library of project documentation, plans, and deliverables - creating a foundation for knowledge reuse, process recycling, and future scalability. The ideal candidate is a confident, articulate communicator who brings the right tools, frameworks, and leadership presence to keep projects moving decisively forward and keep teams aligned around shared goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable workflows for tracking and managing implementation projects that onboard large institutional clients and facilitate seamless delivery of technology services
- Develop and maintain detailed project delivery plans and status reports for business leadership, ensuring full visibility into timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the full business lifecycle, building trusted, long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions to capture in-depth requirements and deliver a high-quality experience
- Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, gather requirements, and develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW); oversee implementation and track SOW progress to successful completion
- Partner with business stakeholders to manage projects supporting new service developments required to expand offerings to new and existing institutional clients
- Work cross-functionally with various groups including network, systems administration, software development and sales engineering to complete the projects
- Independently propose, design, and lead cross-functional solutions to resolve highly complex or non-standard client requests with minimal oversight
- Proactively capture and analyze client feedback trends to identify recurring pain points and champion process improvements that benefit future engagements
- Monitor active projects for emerging risks, proactively escalate issues to appropriate risk owners, and drive timely resolution to protect project timelines and outcomes
Qualifications
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt messaging and engage effectively with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Proven experience in IT project management or a comparable role within a technology-driven environment
- Ability to manage dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and build alignment across diverse teams on complex technical projects
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage data, metrics, and reporting to substantiate assumptions and inform recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Comfortable with or eager to learn tools such as SQL, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence
