Job Summary
We are looking for an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Engineer to configure, support, and enhance cloud-based business applications and integrations. In this role, you will work with packaged and SaaS applications to implement business requirements, manage application releases, maintain system stability, and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient integration solutions while supporting the organization's evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/ICS) solutions and related SaaS applications.
- Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
- Design, configure, and manage application integrations using standard tools, APIs, and web services.
- Monitor application performance, identify issues, and perform troubleshooting to maintain system reliability and availability.
- Participate in application releases, updates, and change management activities while ensuring compatibility and system stability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for application configurations, integrations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve application functionality and operational efficiency.
- Stay current with Oracle Integration Cloud capabilities, industry trends, and integration best practices.
- Provide user guidance and technical support to facilitate successful adoption and use of business applications.
- Contribute to technical discussions and recommend solutions to application and integration challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/ICS).
- Strong knowledge of application integration concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience working with cloud-based applications and integration platforms.
- Proficiency in APIs, web services, and application connectivity technologies.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their use in business application solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting application and integration issues in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
